If you already have a pair that fits you well, the frame measurements are written on the inside arm of the frame. If you don't see the measurements written on the inside arm of the frame, they are sometimes written on or just behind the nose bridge. So what do these numbers mean? In this example, there are several numbers and letters written on the inside of the frame. The numbers we're looking for are eye size, bridge size and temple length.
